Business Books
The book that does your selling for you.
Tell Me About Your Book“Business book” is a category, not a thing
Walk into any airport bookstore and the business shelf looks like one genre. It isn’t. There are a dozen different machines on that shelf, and they’re built to do different jobs.
Some books bring you clients. A prospect reads three chapters, feels understood, and calls you before you’ve ever met. Other books spread an idea. They put a sentence in the air that your whole industry starts repeating, and your name travels with it.
Both work. They don’t work the same way, and they aren’t built the same way. Pick the wrong shape and you’ll write fifty thousand honest words that do nothing for the business.
So before I write a sentence, we figure out which book you’re actually holding. Most people are holding two and trying to write them as one. That’s usually why the book writing stalls at chapter three.
A book that earns its place on the shelf
I build books: structured, edited, and positioned to hold their own next to anyone in your field. When a prospect picks yours up, it should do the convincing for you before you ever get on a call.
Proof on every page
Credentials sit on a résumé. A book sits on a desk, a nightstand, a conference table. Yours should demonstrate your expertise page by page. Not by announcing that you’re the expert, but by showing it in chapter after chapter.
The right clients, sorted for you
The right book pulls in the people you want and quietly repels the ones you don’t. We write yours to speak straight to your best-fit clients. They read it, they get it, they reach out. The tire-kickers opt themselves out.
The business books I build
You don’t need to know which one is yours yet. Sorting that out is the first thing we do together. But it helps to see how much ground “business book” actually covers.
Books that bring you clients
You’ve spent years refining how you do the work. We name the method, prove it, and teach it so generously that readers can’t picture solving the problem any other way. The classic authority-builder.
Your best buyers don’t know they have the problem yet, or they’ve named it wrong. This book diagnoses the real issue in your words before it offers a fix, so by the time the solution shows up, the reader is already nodding.
You publish exactly how the work gets done. It sounds backwards, but showing your whole hand is what makes the right reader trust you enough to hire you for the parts they still don’t want to do themselves.
Case studies and transformations. The reader watches people who started exactly where they are end up where they want to be. Belief follows evidence, not promises.
Part book, part toolkit. The reader doesn’t just finish it. They build something with it. By the last page they’re holding a plan, a draft, a finished thing with your fingerprints all over it.
Books that spread your ideas
One sentence the world will argue about, developed until it travels on its own. This is the book that gets you onto stages and into rooms you couldn’t have bought your way into.
The conventional wisdom in your field is wrong, and you’ve got the receipts. We assemble the heresies into a worldview readers feel sharp for adopting.
Authority drawn from data. You run the study, own the numbers, and publish what you find, including the parts that sting. These books hold up the longest of any on the shelf.
Trust in the person, not only the ideas. Your origin, your scars, the bets that paid and the ones that didn’t. When the life is bigger than the business, that’s a memoir, and there’s a page for that too.
That’s nine of the fifteen structures I work from, and each one comes in hybrid variations too. I don’t want you hung up on picking the perfect structure. The point is simpler: whatever you’re carrying, there’s a proven shape for it, and a process for finding the one that fits.
Should you write it yourself?
You write well. You’ve been publishing posts and articles for years and your audience responds. The ideas are there.
But the book isn’t happening.
You’ve opened the document. Typed “Chapter 1.” Maybe gotten a few pages in. Then the momentum died. You’re not sure the structure works. You’re not sure it’s one book or three. Someone asks how the writing’s going and you change the subject.
The questions come fast: What if it doesn’t sound like me? I’m the one who knows this material, so won’t I just end up rewriting everything? What if I spend the money and the book falls flat?
Those are the right questions, and they come from a real place. Plenty of people have paid good money for a manuscript that missed their voice and sat on a hard drive nobody read. The difference is who you hire.
I’m one of fewer than 100 certified ghostwriters in the world, a credential that exists because this work takes a specific set of skills. Capturing a voice. Pulling the ideas that matter out of the ones that don’t. Building a book that reads like you wrote it if you were a seasoned professional writer. That’s the job, and I’ve done it long enough to know when it’s working.
How your business book gets built
Develop
We start with interviews. I pull the ideas, stories, and expertise out of your head, then build a chapter-by-chapter outline that gives the book its spine. You approve the structure before I write a word.
Ghostwrite
I write the book. Chapter by chapter, in your voice, on the framework we agreed to. You review as we go, not at the end, when it’s too late to change direction.
Edit
Once the draft is complete, I go through it line by line. Tightening sentences, smoothing transitions, cutting anything that doesn’t pull its weight. The goal is a manuscript that reads like your best day on the page.
Publish
I walk you through the publishing path (format, cover, distribution, listing) and help you make the decisions that matter. You end up with a finished book on Amazon, not a file on your desktop.
Timeline & investment
Length, how developed the idea is, and your availability are the biggest factors in where you land. After our first conversation I’ll have a clear read on the scope of your book and can give you a real number.
